What is included in the price of ELESTAR glasses?+
All ELESTAR eyewear includes premium lenses with scratch-resistant and anti-reflective coatings. Extras like blue light filtering or progressive lenses are available for an added fee.
Are all ELESTAR frames available online?+
Most of our frames are available online, but some limited editions may only be found in select locations or pop-ups.
Do ELESTAR glasses come with a case?+
Yes! Every pair of ELESTAR glasses includes a protective hard case and a microfiber cleaning cloth.
Shipping
How much is shipping?+
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. For orders under that, a flat fee applies at checkout.
When will my order ship?+
Non-prescription orders ship within 1–2 business days. Prescription orders take 5–10 days to process before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship within the U.S. and Canada. International shipping will be available soon.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?+
You can return or exchange unused items within 14 days. Prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes! You get one-time 50% off replacement on damaged frames or lenses within one year of purchase.
What if my frame is sold out?+
If your original frame is no longer available, you can choose a different one at 50% off under our warranty program.
Prescriptions
Can you fill strong prescriptions?+
Yes! We offer lens options for high-index and strong prescriptions. Upload your prescription at checkout or email us.
Do you offer progressive lenses?+
We do! Choose the progressive option when selecting your lenses during checkout.
Can I use my insurance?+
We don’t bill insurance directly, but we provide itemized receipts for reimbursement.

What lens materials do you use?+
Our standard lenses are lightweight polycarbonate with premium coatings. You can upgrade to high-index lenses for stronger prescriptions.
Do you offer blue light or photochromic lenses?+
Yes! Both options are available during lens selection and provide added eye comfort and protection.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, and FSA/HSA cards with Visa/Mastercard logos.
Can I use Klarna or Shop Pay?+
Yes! You can split your purchase using Klarna or Shop Pay Installments at checkout.
FSA / HSA
Do you accept FSA and HSA cards?+
Absolutely. Use your FSA or HSA card just like a credit card at checkout. We’ll provide an itemized receipt for your records.
